City of Rayne Rental Facilities are not available for rental on major holidays. Effective June 2023, Security is required for ALL Rental facilities when alcohol is present (including sold, brought in or consumed)

City Hall accepts cash, check, debit/credit card or money order.

ANY Business, Non-Profit, or Civic Group MUST pay with a check from the Organization's account. NO personal checks will be accepted.

RAYNE CIVIC CENTER

Located at - 112 Frog Festival Drive, Rayne, LA 70578

The Civic Center consist of the Auditorium, Ballroom, and Mural Room. Great for large event! Available to rent seven days a week, excluding major holidays. Capacity varies, depending on setting.

AUDITORIUM

Located at - 112 Frog Festival Drive, Rayne, LA 70578

The largest part of the Civic Center, can accommodate up to 900 people.

BALLROOOM

Located at - 401 Gossen Memorial Park Drive, Rayne, LA 70578

Able to accommodate 350 people.

MURAL ROOM

Located at - 110 Frog Festival Drive, Rayne, LA 70578

Able to accommodate 150 people.

GREEN ROOM

Located at - 318 Gossen Memorial Drive, Rayne, LA 70578

Able to accommodate 75 people.

During the months of May through September the GREEN ROOM POOL is available to rent the POOL accommodates a max of 30 people. Pool times and rent may vary.

SOUTHSIDE CENTER

Located at - 403 Fourth Street, Rayne, LA 70578

Able to accommodate 75 people.

new MARTIN LUTHER KING CENTER

Located at - 1010 Lyman Avenue, Rayne, LA 70578

Able to accommodate 219 people.

RAYNE FROG FESTIVAL PAVILION

Located at - 206 Frog Festival Drive, Rayne, LA 70578

Spacious outdoor Pavilion located on the Frog Festival Grounds and can accommodate large crowds and music performances.

THE DEPOT SQUARE

Located at - 101 East Texas Avenue, Rayne, LA 70578

Very charming outdoor facility, for more information contact City Hall.

ANY large events MUST fill out a "Depot Square, Parade, or Pavilion Rental Application." This application must be submitted three (3) months prior to the event and must be approved by the City Council at a City Council meeting. Any changes that are made must be submitted before the event and again must be approved by the City Council.
