Mayor Robichaux would like to thank APPJ Member Gordon Morgan, APPJ President Beau Petitjean ,APPJ Ward 1 Drainage Board Chairman Jacob Douga , Justin Lopez Foreman of Ward 1 Drainage Board, Chief Carroll Stelly and his DOC Inmate Program crew for taking on the huge undertaking of removing the old dangerous wooden bridge and begin the installation of 40’ of 54” culverts. This improvement will be a safer alternative to cross over to enjoy the Veteran’s Park. A new 6’ sidewalk with safety rails soon will be constructed by the DOC Inmate Program Crew.    4/6/26
