Do you want to be on the Agenda at a Council Meeting?

The City Council Meeting is a monthly meeting that takes place the second (2nd) Monday of every month. The Meetings are held at City Hall, 801 The Boulevard, in the Chamber Room, found on the North side of the building. The Meeting starts at 6:00 PM and the doors open at 5:30 PM.

Want to be on the City Council Agenda for the City Council Meeting? Here are just a few things we need from you:

Please have a letter that states why you would like to address the council and what your problems or concerns are. Within this letter please state your name, address, and phone number. Bring the letter to City Hall or emailed NO later than two Fridays before the meeting. ANYTHING received after the Friday will be on next month meeting, unless otherwise stated by the Mayor.

Your letter must be approved by the Mayor in order to be put on the agenda. We need a phone number in order for us to let you know whether it will be on the agenda or not.
